After a close review of applications, each new applicant will first be given an interview.
All new applicants being considered for a job position will then undergo a screening in which a background and reference check is required before being hired.
All newly hired employees will complete a company orientation where they will be trained in the quality and food safety programs such as GMP, HACCP, and Allergen Control as well as plant and work safety.
Each employee will be retrained in each program annually or as needed. Also, each employee will undergo an annual employee evaluation where their performance will be evaluated.
